​Managing the Development of Shopping Mall Starting from the conceptual stage, Business Planning, Leasing Management, and Facilities Development.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

Extensive experience in managing development of shopping malls for more than 10 years.

Must have experience of playing a leading role in conceptual planning, business plan development, anchor tenant leasing, and development of the facilities. 

Profound knowledge/experience in operation of shopping mall, including tenant replacement, event organizing, marketing and advertising. 

Required Capability:

Having a wide range of connections/networks with key players in the industry of development and operation of shopping malls 

Have a wide range of relationships/networks with key players in the shopping center development and operation industry (e.g. commercial consultant/design firm/tenant/property management company/facility management company/marketing company, etc.)

Deep understanding of regulations in Indonesia related to shopping mall development and operation.

Creative minds with out-of-the-box ideas.

Mental toughness in achieving the most challenging goals.
