Job description
This is a full-time UI/UX Lead role at Komunal Indonesia. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for daily tasks including creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design (UED). This is a hybrid role located in Jakarta, Indonesia with flexibility for remote work.
- ​Developing and annotating user flows, journeys and persona
- Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes
- Create full mockups of UX flows, components, and freedom services
- Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest UI/UX trends and all available tools to augment the user experience
- Defining and managing the Design Language System
- Create workflows, low-fi designs, high-quality designs, and other artifacts needed to collaborate and iterate form vision through execution
- Work with the Product Team including input sessions, UX reviews, etc.
- Creating original design, typography, iconography and art for digital screens centered around modern & industry-trending designs
- Creating frameworks and model which enable others to understand key concepts and relationships as well as generate valuable input
- Lead digital projects form strategy to conceptualization, prototyping and final execution
Job requirements
- 3+ years f experience with UI/UX design
- Proficiency in creating mockups, visual design, and prototyping
- Financial Service Background
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Maze, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Ability to drive and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with user research and testing
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
