Job description
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, bug fixes, and sunsetting obsolete products.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, driving accountability and results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, sharing knowledge with the broader team.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of financial products, services, and technologies, including payments, lending, and digital banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
