Job description
- Supervise the activities of sales and agent in order to meet sales target
- Collaborate with Agent to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
- Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
- Monitor the performance of sales to spot work areas that require improvement
- Have experience handle Agent
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) as a Manager of working experience in Building material Business (Ceramics)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Achieve sales target West Indonesia as well
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and teamwork
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both speaking & writing
- Willing to work mobile
