Job description
The Agency and Operations Staff supports the Operations Manager in managing vessel agency activities, including port clearance, documentation, permits, and operational coordination. Working closely with port authorities, government agencies, clients, vessel crews, and service providers, the role helps ensure efficient vessel operations and compliance with applicable maritime regulations.
Job requirements
- Diploma Degree in Marine Transportation or related field is prefered
- Experience in shipping company is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Inaportnet, Phinisi (Pelindi online application), SSM Pengangkut
- Prior knowledge/.experience in handling foreign flag vessel operation
- Good command of both written and spoken english
- Able to work independently and as a part of team
- Able to join immediately
