Accounting Unit Head

1. Conduct reviews and approve the reconciliation of account balances in the financial statements and supporting documents/data, approve the analysis of the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ stand-alone reports as well as their consolidated reports.
2. Provide guidance in the process of collecting and analyzing financial data, actuarial reports, asset valuation reports, share valuation, and financial statements before they are published.
3. Examine and approve the projections of financial statements and the data required for share valuation (goodwill impairment test) and the results of the financial statement analysis (including financial ratios).
4. Evaluate and provide direction related to the audit process by examining audit reports and audit findings to be coordinated with Management and the Holding on follow-up actions for major findings.
5. Evaluate and provide guidance related to the calculation of gas fees, gas sales reporting and regulatory accounts, the results of discussions with Dirjen MIGAS or related governance.
6. Provide review and approval for taxes that need to be paid to ensure they are calculated accurately and correctly in accordance with existing regulations, including; approval for coordination with appointed tax consultants regarding company transactions with tax implications, and tax payment documents and taxes that must be paid.
7. Recommend systems and procedures, implement policies, and socialize accounting, and tax policies.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in accounting roles, with at least 3–5 years in a Manager capacity within the oil and gas industry.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP,NAV) and advanced Excel skills.
4. Qualified in Managerial & Communication Skill
