Job description
- Selling SME products and services according to customer needs and Bank’s conditions in order to increase business growth and improve service and good relations with customers.
- Identify SME financing customers that are in accordance with the target market to ensure the achievement of targets set by the company.
- Doing the process of initiation,socialization, data collection, analysis of applications for SME financing,taking into account the risks and procedures that apply to ensure the smooth
- process of submitting financing proposals to the financing committee.
- Conducting cross selling to customers for SME products (funding and financing)
- Identifying and securing the risks that will arise in providing financing in order to maintain the lowest possible collectability level.
Job requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience as RM SME or financing marketing
- Good communication &analytical skills
- Have an orientation towards consistent results/achievement in line with the Bank's goals/targets (Achievement oriented)
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships and work networks to advance the Bank (Building network)
- Demonstrate efforts to collect more information in the context of work implementation and decision making (Information seeking)
