Job description
Selling SME products and services according to customer needs and Bank’s conditions in order to increase business growth and improve service and good relations with customers.
- Identify SME financing customers that are in accordance with the target market to ensure the achievement of targets set by the company.
- Doing the process of initiation,socialization, data collection, analysis of applications for SME financing,taking into account the risks and procedures that apply to ensure the smooth process of submitting financing proposals to the financing committee.
- Conducting cross selling to customers for SME products (funding and financing)
- Identifying and securing the risks that will arise in providing financing in order to maintain the lowest possible collectability level.
Job requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience as RM SME or financing marketing
- Good communication &analytical skills
- Have an orientation towards consistent results/achievement in line with the Bank's goals/targets (Achievement oriented)
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships and work networks to advance the Bank (Building network)
- Demonstrate efforts to collect more information in the context of work implementation and decision making (Information seeking)
