Job description
- Manage end to end payroll & compensation, including salaries, benefits, incentives and overtime payments
- Handle tax & benefits administration, including PPH21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
- Coordinate third party payments for consultans, outsourced personnel, insurance, severance and termintation benefits
- Maintains payroll operations & systems while supporting external audits and actuarial assessments
Job requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR Payroll and taxation within the banking industry.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in government regulations concerning labor laws, taxes, and wages.
