Job description
- Assess, identify, and monitor the bank's operational risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of internal systems and processes.
- Prepare and present risk reports to management.
- Provide training on risk management policies, conduct compliance audits/inspections, and collaborate with other departments.
Job requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in operational risk management, auditing, or a related field, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in OJK & BI regulations.
