Job description
- Critical product & policy pipeline backlog
- Lack of dedicated loan product expertise against number of product backlog
- Accelerate time to market for product & policy
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background
- Experience in banking or financial industries minimal 2 year
- Understand loan product, credit policy/procedures, basic banking regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effecitively with cross-functional teams
- Capable to use office tools, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
