Job description
- Lead and manage user requirement gathering & analysis process
- Work closely with project stakeholders (IT, user, other respective
parties) to discuss scope/requirement, issues, and project status - Hands on in user requirement gathering & analysis activity, document
it in BRD (Business Requirement Documents), and ensure the document is
approved by the respective users. - Ensure Business Analyst activities to be inline with project timeline
- Ensure that project documentations exist to comply with company and
regulator policy.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years as IT Business Analyst, preferable in Banking or other financial industries.
- Have solid experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology and activities;
- Have solid analytical and documentation skill
- Have good leadership, coordination & communication skill
- Proficient in using process flow/flowchart tools
- Having experience and skill in UI/UX would be considered as valuable
advantage, i.e. Figma.
