STRATEGY MANAGER

- Responsible to develope risk strategy that alligns with the company's business

- Responsible to analyze potential risks and evaluate the probability of risk impacts on business operations

- Create and implement procedures for identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring risks

- Implementing the risk management framework to ensure that risks are managed effectively

- Responsible to monitors risks on an ongoing basis to ensure that mitigation strategies and actions taken are effective and efficient

- Responsible to communicate regularly with senior management to report the results of risk analysis and recommend necessary risk mitigation actions

- Risk strategy Responsible to create rules for the purpose of mitigating risks, documentation for risk mitigation and assisting management and/or other divisions in decision-making and assisting management 

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, IT, statistics, math, or risk management anti-fraud

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in risk management or antifraud, especially as data analyst

- Have experience in alignment with regulator

- In-depth knowledge of risk management/anti-fraud principles, product knowledge, frameworks, and methodologies

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

- Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques for risk analysis

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and quantify risks

- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive risk management/anti-fraud initiatives.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
