Job description
- Responsible for formulating training programs, training plans, and implementation of the training plans
- Responsible for the training and communication of the offline sales team, such as induction training, skills training
- Responsible for the merchants' entry training, such as training on the use of the merchant's operating system
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- More than 5 years of sales training experience
- Have relevant experience in Financial Services or related industries is preferable
- Familiar with job training and creating PPT
- Good communication and understanding skills
