Job description
Compilation of Product Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand needs and trends in the car loan and car mortgage industry in Indonesia.
- Identify market opportunities and define product strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Design long-term and short-term product development plans to achieve business targets.
Product Development:
- Coordinate the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and future product updates.
- Work closely with the technology team to develop and improve existing product features and launch new products.
- Identify user needs and ensure our products provide a superior customer experience.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze current product performance and identify improvement opportunities based on market data and customer feedback.
- Monitor changes in the market and analyze competitor activity to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Communication and Partnership:
- Establish relationships with business partners, including financial institutions, car dealers, and other related parties.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have at least 2 years of work experience as a Product Manager, especially in the field of car loans
- Have an in-depth understanding of end-to-end flow related to car loans and car mortgages in Indonesia.
- Have strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams.
- Good leadership skills and able to work independently or in a team.
- Have a deep interest and knowledge of the financial and automotive industry in Indonesia.
