OPERATION STAFF MANDARIN (JAKARTA)

- Can explore the habits of Akulaku customers and product needs, and understand in depth the features of Akulaku products; providing solutions for product teams in China and participating in training organized by product teams in Shenzhen
- Daily data monitoring, analyzing user portraits, perfecting effective feedback, providing solutions to system product requests and improvement suggestions, promoting product update iterations, and improving customer satisfaction and product usage by customers
- Work closely with the product and development department, participate, and provide advice and feedback for every project initiated by the relevant department
- Coordinate the text or script of each project organized by the product department, including pre-project training and related promotions
- Always pay attention to industry trends, keep the market sharp, and understand other products in the same industry

- Have Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Mandarin literature)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (writing/typing, reading, and speaking)
- Have study or work in China experience would be plus
- Excellent communication ability
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning, and capable of handling responsibilities and working efficiently. 
- Having an interest in finance, e-commerce, and the Southeast Asian market.
