Job description
- Responsible for growing the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services and to initiate new initiatives like virtual assistants (VA) or cash loans with partners
- Responsible to maintain and enhance cooperation with existing merchants, such as e-commerce and payment gateway partners in order to grow GMV
- Responsible for daily merchant business promotion, operation, and maintenance
- Responsible for optimizing new users' adoption using Akulaku's installment products
- Promote the development of the group's business and complete the KPI issued by the company every month
- Design an effective marketing plan through the judgment of the market and realize it
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Development and Key Account functions from Financial technology/Banking/E-commerce/OTA industry/company
- Fluent in speaking English. Being able to speak Mandarin will be a plus, but not required
- Have strong communication and logical analysis skills
- Leadership (team management) skill is preferred
- Great understanding of consumer financing and the fintech industry
