Job description
-Responsible for ensuring the work process for the collection team
-Analyze performance and activities in the collection
-Analyze the productivity achievement in the collection
-Implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit
-Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
-Assisting manager in creating new SOP or improving the existing SOP, including input as of the latest regulation
-Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
-Preparing monthly feedback reports on collection payment
-Training and mentoring staff members in the collections department
Job requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience in Collection at least 2 years, SPPI certified is a big plus point.
- Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- A person with good interpersonal skill and networking
- A person who is able to supervise team and Have good Networking with the Collection Agency
- A person with good communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheet
