EXECUTIVE RECRUITER

• Execute end-to-end recruitment process and provide advice on hiring goals.
• Engage with users as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of Akulaku’s businesses, positions requirements and desired candidate profile.
• Responsible for individual monthly target and strive for performance.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with users, including hiring managers, external vendors, to build partnerships that yield consistent results, processes and credibility.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a best in class candidate interview experience.

• Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably related to HR or business with coursework in business/psychology/communication/management.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment related to E-Commerce, Fintech, or any related field.
• Experience in corporate or IT recruiting will be prioritized.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
• Experience in handle social media and content design will be a plus.
• Target-oriented, discipline, and a team-player.

Note : Fresh Graduate or final year student who has finished thesis defense with fluency in Mandarin can apply.
