CROSS BORDER OPERATION

- Responsible to liaise with mainland China merchants, assisting China merchants in solving merchant settlement, training, merchant growth, and China category PIC
- Provide solution for merchant's daily issues, including but not limited to sales, products and service, with an aim to increase merchant experience and satisfaction during their operations in platform
- Monitor seller's service rate and ensure its fulfillment according to platform's standard to improve user buying experience
- Become bridge between overseas and Indonesian stakeholder/partner, ensure communication is at its highest efficiency
- Work closely with PM/engineer to enhance product related research and translation
- Ad-hock tasks from user

- Bachelor's Degree of business, management, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of business experience in the e-commerce business (handling key account/account management/business development for overseas merchants/sellers)
- Fluent in Mandarin (full set) is a must (English will be a plus)
- Have strong logical thinking, extrovert personality, good communication, team work and ability to self-learn and complete project independently skills
