CREDIT RISK MANAGER

- Coordinate with the management team regarding the latest SOPs, the latest changes to regulations, system updates, and other matters related to operations
- Undertake SOPs with the Risk committee regarding the new Policy and conduct outreach to Vendors, Internal CAs, and other Divisions
- Monitor , report on every problem, and solve the problem related to Credit Risk
- Monitor and report on performance (both in terms of quality, productivity, KPI and others)
- Responsible to review existing policies and provide suggestion plan
- Coordinate with 3rd Parties and maintain both internal and external communication with stakeholders

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Experience in Peer Risk Management (personal loans, banks, P2P, etc.) is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge in risk management
- Good communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills (manage up to 50 people is preferrable)
