Job description
- Responsible to find brands or potential leads (specifically home appliances electronic and home living categories)
- Responsible to acquire top merchants from another marketplace to sell in the Akulaku platform
- Conduct local competitive research, well understanding of the Indonesian market and competitors’ market strategies, and provide effective information for companies to help the company expand the market rapidly
- Responsible in retaining existing merchant accounts (brands)
- Responsible and aware of individual quarterly KPI
- Perform the strategic, tactical, and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment
- Collaborate with internal business units such as Legal, Operation, MR, and Finance
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- At least 1-year experience as BD or merchant acquisition in an e-commerce/enabler company, handling electronic/home living category
- Have English skill would be an advantage
- Have experience in furniture/home living company/retail is preferred
- Good communication skill
